about

I'm an industrial engineer who became a consulting business analyst, which means I can't help seeing every process as a system that could work better. Over the past three years, I've helped build banking products at Wedbush Securities and Truist Bank, translating complex business problems into software that customers and internal teams actually use.

More about me

how i work

Three things I believe, with receipts.

01

Listening before solving

I shadowed six financial advisors before writing a single requirement for the onboarding platform. The real problem wasn't slow systems. It was unclear rejection criteria.

02

Clarity over complexity

I write the same requirement four ways: for the executive, the engineer, the sprint team, and QA. Nobody has to guess what it means.

03

Progress over perfection

PeriWise went from idea to a live product in one weekend. Not perfect. Shipped, then improved.

discovery → solution design → build → uat → go-live → hypercare
